2008 Cadillac Sts get updated styling and a more powerful V6 engine. Sts is available in V6, V8, and high performance Sts-V model. All come with 6-speed automatic transmission. The back-wheel drive is standard and all-wheel drive is available. V6 models have a 302-horsepower 3.6-liter engine, increased from 48 in '08. V8 models use a 320-horsepower 4.6-liter V8. Sts-V is using the supercharged version of the V8 engine with 469 horsepower and includes sport suspension and unique trim. Standard safety features include ABS, traction control, charge system, front side airbags and side curtain airbags. An uprated charging control system is optional on V8 models Sts AWD. Among the active main features designed to automatically change the front wheel skid of tears lose traction. A road-departure and blind-spot alert system is available for 2008. Also available are heated / cooled front seats and a touch-screen navigation system with voice recognition and wireless cell phone link.
