The 2010 Aston Martin DB9 is expected to carry over with little change. The V12-powered DB9 coupe and convertible Band brings a similar style to the company's entry-level V8 Vantage, but they are much longer and 13 inches seat four, not two. DB9s must maintain 470-hp 6.0-liter V12 with a choice of 6-speed manual transmission or a 6-speed automatic that includes the wheel paddle shift manual. Available safety features should include ABS, traction control, charging system, and front side airbags; in Band convertible's rollover bars designed to deploy at the end of the future must be included with the model. Other features will remain available, including satellite radio, navigation system, and front and rear obstacle detection.
