The 2010 Aston Martin DBS lineup gains a new convertible body style. DBS is the car it's UK flagship vehicle. Although it looks nearly identical to the DB9 stablemate, the DBS has a greater power and lighter part thanks to some carbon-fiber body panels. The standard coupe has two passenger seats with a choice of two-place rear bench. The Band convertible seats four and has a power-folding soft top. All have a 510-hp 5.9-liter V12 engine. Transmission options including 6-speed manual or 6-speed automatic with steering-wheel paddles for manual operation. All models DBS has adaptive suspension and carbon ceramic brake rotors. Security features that are available include ABS, traction control, charging system, and front side airbags that provide head and chest protection. Convertible has a standard rollover bars designed to deploy in the event of a tip that will come. Standard features on all models of DBS, including navigation systems, wireless cell phone link, leather upholstery, heated front seats, and carbon fiber interior trim. All have standard 20-inch wheels, and some wheel designs are optional.
