1963 Aston Martin DB4 GT

Aston Martin DB4 GT for sale is the last of the 75 competition DB4s built between 1959 and 1963. The road car was unveiled at the Paris Salon in 1958, with the following version of the competition at the London Motor Show a year later. GT version is made shorter, lighter and more powerful than the basic car. Power of the alloy 3.7-liter engine has been increased to 302bhp from 240bhp, which makes it the most powerful British car of its era.

The wheelbase of the GT is 13cm shorter than the road car and DB4 reduced weight by about 90kg. That can get from 0-60mph in 6.1sec and continue to achieve a top speed of more than 150mph. The DB4 GT uses a steel monocoque chassis with coil-spring suspension and disc brakes all around.

The car was originally built at Aston's Newport Pagnell factory. Of 75 examples built, 45 are provided on the right hand drive. Aston Martin DB4 GT for sale has competed in the race at Watkins Glen, Road Atalanta and the Laguna Seca, and also some demonstrations and tour the road on the west coast America.

2010 Aston Martin DBS

The 2010 Aston Martin DBS lineup gains a new convertible body style. DBS is the car it's UK flagship vehicle. Although it looks nearly identical to the DB9 stablemate, the DBS has a greater power and lighter part thanks to some carbon-fiber body panels. The standard coupe has two passenger seats with a choice of two-place rear bench. The Band convertible seats four and has a power-folding soft top. All have a 510-hp 5.9-liter V12 engine. Transmission options including 6-speed manual or 6-speed automatic with steering-wheel paddles for manual operation. All models DBS has adaptive suspension and carbon ceramic brake rotors. Security features that are available include ABS, traction control, charging system, and front side airbags that provide head and chest protection. Convertible has a standard rollover bars designed to deploy in the event of a tip that will come. Standard features on all models of DBS, including navigation systems, wireless cell phone link, leather upholstery, heated front seats, and carbon fiber interior trim. All have standard 20-inch wheels, and some wheel designs are optional.

1999 Aston Martin DB7 Vantage

Aston Martin 6.0-liter V12 is a beautiful bike, with a great performance to boot. Looks good on paper, too. Take 420bhp at 6000rpm and 400 pounds ft of torque at 5000rpm, for starters. Then there was the transmission. Car manual we tested was equipped with a Tremec six-speed gearbox which is also used in the Corvette and Viper (five-speed automatic gearbox, as used in the BMW 750i is also available). The difference is that Aston Martin has installed transmission with closer ratios to match the perfect machine.

Changes to the exterior of the car is fine, but they add rather than take the standard DB7. The frame is more prominent, now the screen filled with horizontal bars, and driving lights and indicators have been combined. Under the skin there is more improvement: the area around the bulkhead and transmission tunnel have been made more rigid in order to provide more rigidity. Upper and lower front wishbones are new, such as vertical links. In the back of an additional link has been installed to handle the additional torque. To finish, rigid front and rear suspension is wrapped around the new gas-filled Bilstein dampers.

2001 Aston Martin Vanquish

While you will find the framework of a XJS in a DB7, Vanquish in outer space is the construction technique.
