BMW Active Steering, which is designed for low speed steering response at speed is standard on M6s, available in 650's. M6s also driver adjustable suspension, upgraded brakes, and larger wheels. Front side airbags and front knee airbags are standard; coupe adds side curtain airbags. All models come with a navigation system, steering-linked headlights, and BMW iDrive control climate, audio and navigation functions.
