The 2010 Cadillac SRX is redesigned with freshened styling, smaller dimensions, and new engines. About 5 inches shorter in both wheelbase and overall length than its 2004-2009 predecessor, the Cadillac SRX seats five (it previously offered a 3rd-row seat for up to seven-passenger capacity) and is offered as a Base model with front-wheel drive and a Luxury version with all-wheel drive. The standard engine is a 265-hp 3.0-liter V6 capable of running on ethanol-blended E85 fuel. Due midyear is an optional 300-hp turbocharged 2.8-liter V6. Both engines team with a 6-speed automatic transmission. Maximum towing capacity is 3500 lb. 2010 Cadillac SRX safety features available include ABS, traction control, antiskid system, curtain side airbags, and front side airbags. Available features include a navigation system with hard drive for storing digital music files, steering-linked headlights, a cargo management system, a programmable power liftgate, heated and cooled front seats, adjustable pedals, and DVD entertainment.
